Kiwanis Villa

This project is the final building constructed on a campus of care facilities that Windley was been retained for as a construction manager.

This BC Housing Funded 31 unit building was completed under budget and on time with the residents now enjoying the comforts of a home as well as being members of larger community enjoying an activity centre, restaurant, extended care facilities and assisted living homes.

The building is a wood frame structure utilizing hardi-panel, stonework and private balconies for the residents. The architecture of the building was developed by Robert Boyle Architects complimenting the neighbouring buildings on the site
