Design-Build
Our fully integrated approach to the construction process brings together owner, consultants and contractor into a unified, results-oriented building team. This approach means single-source, accountability, improved cost control, shortened time frames and a relationship that keeps our clients coming back again and again.
Commercial Construction
Warehouses, municipal and government offices, auto dealerships, college classrooms and offices, restaurants, retail stores, libraries, fire and ambulance stations; we've done them all.
Residential Construction
We build all types of single-family homes, patio homes, subdivisions, and multi-family developments including apartments and condominiums, congregate care homes, retirement housing, and university/college student housing.
Building Envelope Restoration
Windley Contracting Ltd. has completed exterior building envelope upgrades and renovations to institutional and office buildings as well as condominiums. We've worked closely with the Building Envelope Consultant to develop and implement details in concert with the principles of the Canadian Mortgage & Housing Corporation (CMHC) and the National Research Council for buildings on the West Coast.
Civil Services
Our civil division handles the excavation, underground services, road and parking lot development of our projects. It also manages work on municipal utility and road upgrades through the public tender process.
Development
Windley boasts more than 25 years of experience in this field, including land acquisition, financing, municipal approvals, government ministry approvals, zoning amendments, and development permits.
