Through frequent site visits, our project manager assists the superintendent in identifying details that require refinement. The project manager also oversees the quality control procedures of all consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Windley implements a state-of-the-art cost control program to tabulate each stage of project development, tracking changes the client requests and noting the approval status of each one.
