3721 Shenton Road Office Building
The new office building on Diver Lake is divided into two strata units. It is a design build project by Windley Contracting (2010) with Chow Low Hammond Architects in conjunction with the design team.
The office building is 2 storeys plus a basement with 2560 square feet on the main floor and 2386 square feet on the upper floor. Surface parking is located in front of the building.
