In 1949, Ed and Vi Windley founded the family owned business and specialized in plumbing and heating, however, with steady growth, Windley Contracting Ltd. quickly evolved into a complete mechanical contracting company, providing services in the residential and commercial sectors throughout Vancouver Island.
